Return & refund policy

We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

1.To request a return

  • Email service@kavorae.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will send you return instructions and the correct return address (regional, based on your country).
  • Package the item securely, with all original packaging, documentation, and tags.
  • Ship via a trackable method and retain your tracking receipt.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2.Damages And Issues

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

3.Exchanges & Replacements

If you want to exchange an item (size, color, or replace), contact service@kavorae.com. We'll guide you through the exchange process. You may need to pay shipping for the new item depending on your country.

4.Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. After that, cancellation may not be possible. Email us immediately at service@kavorae.com to request cancellation.

5.Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

6.Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you already have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7.Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed after your return has been approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at service@kavorae.com.

Except in cases of product quality issues, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: your packing slip is not a prepaid label. You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
