1.Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM within the United States are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the time the order is placed . Please note that during busy periods or due to unexpected delays, processing times may be longer. In such cases, we will inform customers as soon as possible.

2.Important Notes

  • Processing time refers to the period required to prepare and dispatch your order after successful placement and payment confirmation.
  • Orders submitted after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the following business day.
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
  • We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays.

3.Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout and are based on your order total and destination. Our standard rate structure is as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99for orders $1.00–$69.98
  • Free Standard Shipping: Free for orders $69.99 and above
  • Express Shipping: $19.90

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the Free Standard Shipping (Orders $69.99+) option will be available at checkout.

4.Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time)

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier-related delays.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

Delivery estimates begin after the order has shipped, not on the order date.

5.Order Cutoff, Weekends & Holidays

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Carriers may not pick up or transport packages on certain holidays, which can affect estimated delivery timelines.

6.Order Tracking

Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply enter your tracking number on the Track Your Order page to view your order’s status. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at service@kavorae.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours during our business hours, 9 AM to 6 PM.

7.Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States.

We may also ship to select international destinations where available at checkout. If a destination is not available during checkout, we do not currently ship to that location.

8.International Orders: Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless explicitly stated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing times may vary and can result in delivery delays outside of our control.

9.Change Shipping Address

Once an order is in transit, we’re unable to modify the delivery address. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at service@kavorae.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours during our business hours, 9 AM to 6 PM.

10.Order Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we’re happy to process a full refund within 24 hours.

11.Package Arrived Damaged

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, we recommend refusing the parcel and notifying our customer service team. If the package was delivered without your presence and arrives damaged, please contact us for further instructions. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue in line with our return policy.

12.Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed package, a refused delivery, or unpaid customs duties or taxes, we will assist with reshipment once the package has been returned and confirmed by the carrier. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If reshipment is declined, only the product price will be refunded. Original shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@kavorae.com . Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

13.Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information indicates a delay, please allow additional time for delivery, especially during peak shipping periods. If the tracking status has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist you in reaching out to the carrier and initiating an investigation.

If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received the package, we recommend checking around your delivery area, including your porch, mailbox, front desk, or with neighbors, and confirming that the shipping address on your order is correct.

Please contact us at service@kavorae.com within 7 days of the package being marked as “Delivered.” While we cannot guarantee reimbursement or recovery for packages lost due to theft or carrier misdelivery, we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to investigate the issue.
