Refund policy

We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
1. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email service@kavorae.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping Costs
For voluntary returns, including returns due to size, color, preference, or change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For returns caused by our error, including defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items, we will provide a prepaid return label or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by applicable law.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us at service@kavorae.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or prepaid return label depending on the situation.
4. Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or replacement, please contact service@kavorae.com. We will provide instructions based on item availability.
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
5. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
To request cancellation, please email service@kavorae.com as soon as possible.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Used, installed, altered, washed, or damaged items not caused by our error
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or documentation
7. Refunds
Once we receive your authorized return, we will inspect the item and notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at service@kavorae.com.
